INGREDIENTS

  • 6 c. broccoli florets
  • 3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard powder
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. panko bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Blanch broccoli by adding it to boiling water for 2-3 minutes; drain and layer in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  3. Layer chicken on top.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, combine condensed soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, mustard powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and layer over chicken in pan.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Melt butter; stir together with bread crumbs.
  7. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over cheese layer.
  8. Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes.
