Cake by the Ocean Cocktail #alcohol #drinks

I'd never heard the expression "Cake by the Ocean" previously and despite the fact that I was imagining me on a parlor seat in Hawaii tuning in to the sea and eating a colossal cut of yellow layer cake.

Since a Sex on the Beach is a mixed drink, I began pondering what a Cake by the Ocean Cocktail would resemble. Clearly, it could be anything, however it needed to have cake vodka in it.

Something else, it's not cake by the sea! Furthermore, when I consider sea, I consider Hawaii. When I consider Hawaii, I consider Mai Tais, Maui Island Breeze Cocktails, and everything pineapple, orange, and coconut, and rum.

What's more, this Cake by the Ocean Cocktail formula was conceived: a Cake by the Ocean Cocktail made with cake seasoned vodka, coconut rum, and orange and pineapple juices!

This mixed drink meets up in under 2 minutes. You can make a solitary mixed drink for when you need a sea independent from anyone else, or you can make this into a pitcher in a similar measure of time. There are no unusual fixings or untidy creation of any syrups or anything, you simply pour, blend, and drink. That is my sort of mixed drink formula!

Cake by the Ocean Cocktail made with Cake Vodka, Coconut Rum, Orange and Pineapple Juices! You can whip up a pitcher of these in less than 5 minutes!

INGREDIENTS
TO MAKE A SINGLE COCKTAIL:
  •  All ingredients should be chilled, or you can shake them in a shaker with ice.
  •  2 ounces cake flavored vodka — may substitute vanilla or whipped cream flavor
  •  2 ounces coconut rum
  •  2 ounces pineapple juice
  •  2 ounces orange juice
  •  Club soda — optional
  •  Maraschino cherries — sprinkles, pineapple, and orange slices for garnish (optional)
TO MAKE A PITCHER:
  •  All ingredients should be chilled.
  •  2 cups  cake flavored vodka — may substitute vanilla or whipped cream flavor
  •  2 cups  coconut rum
  •  2 cups  pineapple juice
  •  2 cups  orange juice
  •  Club soda — optional
  •  Maraschino cherries — pineapple, and orange slices for garnish (optional)
  •  Ice or frozen pineapple to keep it chilled

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. To make one cocktail: Place ice in a glass and pour vodka, rum, and both juices over the ice. Garnish with a cherry and/or wedges of pineapple and orange. To make the cocktail last longer or to dilute it, add club soda. To make the sprinkle rim: place about a tablespoon of honey or corn syrup on one plate and about a tablespoon of sprinkles on another. Dip the rim of an empty glass in the corn syrup, then dip in sprinkles.
  2. To make a pitcher: Add vodka, rum, and both juices to a pitcher filled with ice or frozen pineapple. Add 2-4 cups club soda to make it more like a punch, or to feed more people, if desired. Place some orange slices and pineapple wedges in the pitcher.
  3. As always with cocktails, taste is subjective. If you want it stronger, add more alcohol. If you want it less strong, add more juice or club soda.
