One of my preferred mixed drinks ever is the occasional Winter White Cosmo that Bonefish conveys in December. They go down so easily, and oh dear, are they flavorful! As much as I love Bonefish, the $9 value point per drink harms so this past Christmas I set out to figure out how to make them at home.
One cautioning before you begin – discovering white cranberry juice was intense. I looked through two or three our neighborhood Publix markets and couldn't discover it, nor might I be able to discover it at Target. I at last discovered it at Walmart, and it was the Incomparable Worth brand (Walmart's private name brand), not one of the primary name brands, which approved of me! This Winter White Cosmopolitan is a seasonal variation of the ever popular Cosmo; it’s equally delicious and especially beautiful during the holidays!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 oz. cranberry vodka
- 1/2 oz. triple sec
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 5 oz. white cranberry juice
- 3-4 cranberries to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine first four ingredients over ice in a shaker.
- Shake and then strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with cranberries.
